PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We are cordially giving you the information that our featured items have limited quantities. Most of the products displayed on our website are also available at our outlets till products are in stock. Because of the limited availability, the nature of production, technical issues, stock cannot be updated automatically. Due to all these reasons, we currently do not have the opportunity to automatically update our stock, but we are working on developing automatic stock updates. At this moment we are updating stock manually in a specific timely manner. In such cases, even the product appears on the website, the delivery may be disrupted.
ORDER POLICY
Once an order is placed by the customer it will be confirmed by us
within the next one working day. After that we will proceed on shipping
by following our shipping policy. Vesper Leather reserves the right to
cancel the order based on product availability & in the case of
advance payment customer will be refunded by following our refund
policy. Once the order is confirmed then customer unable to cancel the
order for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & prepaid payment orders.
PRICING POLICY
The prices displayed on the website are quoted in Bangladeshi Currency (BDT). In the case of pricing mismatch for system malfunction authority reserves the right to cancel any order anytime. Please be noted, online and outlet product prices can be differing sometimes according to our promotional activities.
CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY INSIDE DHAKA:
1. During delivery customers must have to check the products (Color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent and after that no complain will be accepted.
2. The customer can change if he wants, but the product must not be used. if we send the correct product and if the customer chooses to change or replace at his wish then the delivery charge will be applied each time.
3. No return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking the product in front of the delivery Men.
4. Delivery time: 3-5 working days.
5.Return/Exchange will be applicable as per our replacements policy.
6. Vesper Leather reserves the right to change any policy any time.
OUTSIDE DHAKA:
1. Customers must have to check the products (color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery and no complaints will be accepted.
2. The customer can change if he wants, but the product must not be used. if we send the correct product and if the customer chooses to change or replace at his wish then the delivery charge will be applied each time.
3. No return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking the product in front of the delivery Men.
4. Customer will get home delivery in Thana level and some cases customer has to collect from Courier point.
5. Delivery charge of Tk 100 is applicable for both cash on delivery (COD) and advance payment modes. | Delivery charges may be higher due to variation in product quantity and weight |
6. Delivery time: 5-7 working days.
7. Return/Exchange will be applicable as per our replacements policy.

QUALITY & COLOR INCONSISTENCY
We always try to provide best quality products at reasonable prices to our valued customers. So, we believe customers will be satisfied with our price range and product quality. In case of unexpected quality problem of any product, we have 90 days’ warranty facility. We have tried our best to put the actual color of the products on the website and the images provided on the website are exactly the same as the actual products. Please note that due to lighting, graphics and monitor visual inconsistencies, colors may appear slightly different.
SHOES SIZE PROBLEM
Regarding the shoe size, we always ask the customer to follow the size chart. In some cases, the size may vary due to the shape of the foot. If the customer knowingly orders the wrong size, we will exchange it, but the customer will have to bear the delivery charge and If it happens that the wrong product has gone from us to you by mistake, then we will bear the delivery charge.

We have our own Customer Call center for provide better service to customer. You can talk to us directly for detailed information and complaints about products and orders. We provided our call center service Saturday to Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.- 01627443550 In campaign time we receive huge amount of call and because of that sometimes you can’t reached to our call center, and for any unexpected events ( load shedding, internet disconnection, technical failure and many more) if you can’t reached to our call center we are not responsible for that. In this case we suggest to our customer that if you can’t reach to our customer care center than massage us to our facebook page or group we will reply you as soon as possible.
SOCIAL MEDIA FRAUDULENCE
If any customer share his/her personal phone number in our Vesper Leather facebook page and if he/she is being frauded by any frauder we will not be responsible for that. He must be aware of our Bkash merchant number and in case of any doubt call our call center and confirm the payment.
